I wanted to recommend to your franchise owner to have corporate address your online check in system. It's great in theory but rather worthless. It told me my stylist's wait time was 20 minutes when I checked in on line. Even though it told me to be there a 6:05, she just started another clients haircut as I walked in. The schedule on the board said I still had a 28 minute wait. I don't understand how a check-in system can be so far off. Just wanted to bring it to your attention.
